MSO: Network degradation
We are investigating a major network degradation across all edge and core locations. We are working to understand the cause and will provide an update shortly.
This incident is now resolved. The total degradation time was 18-57 minutes, depending on the particular edge location at which your traffic entered our network. We will be making future changes to the network that will prevent any reoccurence of this issue.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the network to ensure its stability.
We have identified an issue with a route reflector and are investigating further.
