We experienced a network outage at our UK - Coventry location between 16:31-16:56 BST due to a hardware defect. Service has now been restored. Sorry for any inconvenience.

MSO: Network degradation

We are investigating a major network degradation across all edge and core locations. We are working to understand the cause and will provide an update shortly.

  • This incident is now resolved. The total degradation time was 18-57 minutes, depending on the particular edge location at which your traffic entered our network. We will be making future changes to the network that will prevent any reoccurence of this issue.

  • A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the network to ensure its stability.

  • We have identified an issue with a route reflector and are investigating further.
