Inbound & outbound call issue

We are experiencing problems with inbound & outbound calls to our telephone support line. We are investigating this with our provider.

  • Inbound & outbound call access to our telephone support line is now fully restored.

  • Our telephone line remains out of service at this time. We are working closely with our provider to resolve this issue.

    Billing & Support Portal Portal availability

    Some users are experiencing difficulties accessing or logging in to our Support & Billing Portal. We are investigating.

  • We have determined the cause of this incident to be an update performed on a partner module. The Portal is now online and fully available once again. We apologise for any inconvenience.
