We are experiencing an outage at our Reading (rdg1) PoP. We have contacted the data centre technicians for further assistance and will provide updates as soon as we have them.
Network connectivity to rdg1 remains stable. The data centre have informed that future maintenance will be scheduled to resolve some residual network issues.
Connectivity has now been restored to this PoP, however we are awaiting an update from the data centre.
The data centre have acknowledged and identified a fault with their network, and are working to resolve it.
